This device is a complete 3 poles circuit breaker MasterPact MTZ2 25H1 in withdrawable version (drawout), equipped with a MicroLogic 5.0X control unit. MasterPact MTZ is the last generation of high current air circuit breakers from 630A up to 6300A, embedding advanced digital technologies. The operational current rating (In) is 2500A. The breaking capacity (Icu) is 66kA at 415VAC 50/60Hz (H1 performance level). It is manually operated (there is no integrated motor mechanism). It is equipped with a 3 poles chassis for drawout version. MicroLogic 5.0X is an electronic control unit with an adjustable long time protection against overloads (ANSI 49RMS/51). It embeds as well adjustable short-time protection (ANSI 50TD/51) and instantaneous protection (ANSI 50) against short-circuits. The information processed by the MicroLogic 5.0X may be displayed on its embedded HMI, or on a smartphone using EcoStruxure Power device application. Protections can be set with the embedded display, a smartphone or with a PC and additionally via Ethernet and Modbus SL communication, using EcoStruxure softwares. It is possible to customize MicroLogic X control unit anytime with digital modules to add new protection, measurement or diagnosis functionalities. MicroLogic X control units incorporate several channels of communication, including Ethernet, Modbus SL and wireless communication facilities. Power connection is made through rear horizontal connections for the top side and rear vertical connections for the bottom side. There are four OF auxiliary contacts (ON/OFF breaker status), 1 SDE auxiliary contact (fault trip indication) and 1 PF auxiliary contact (ready to close indication). An ULP port module is part of the configuration and mounted on the chassis enabling connection with Ethernet or Modbus communication modules. The dimensions are 439mm (H) x 441mm (W) x 403mm (D). It ensures compliance with international standards IEC 60947-1 and IEC60947-2. MasterPact MTZ circuit breakers prepare you for the future of power distribution with smart connectivity, remote monitoring, and easy customization via digital modules. MasterPact MTZ is the first air circuit breaker with built-in, third party certified Class 1 active power meter (IEC 61557-12). MasterPact MTZ circuit breaker is integrated in EcoStruxure Power architecture enabling valuable data generation. MasterPact MTZ allows you to stay connected and avoid downtime using the smartphone EcoStruxure Power Device App and EcoStruxure softwares. MasterPact MTZ is a Green Premium product, and helps to enhance sustainability by reducing CO2 emissions, utility and operating costs.
