This is a Breaker Status Communication Module (BSCM)- LV434205, designed for ComPact NSX circuit breakers. The optional BSCM allows you to monitor device status indications and control the remote communication function. It also features memory to manage maintenance indicators.

The BSCM acts as a converter, translating the analog outputs of device indication contacts (O/F, SD, SDE) into digital communication functions. It is essential for transmitting status indications, executing controls, and enabling measurements.

The module is installed inside the circuit breaker, positioned behind the front cover. It connects to external Ethernet or Modbus interfaces (IFE/IFM) using the NSX cord terminal block. The operational voltage of the BSCM is 24 VDC.
