This Acti9 iPRF1 12.5r Type 1 and 2 fixed surge arrester protects 3P+N installations against direct lightning strikes. It is recommended for electrical installations in the service sector and industrial buildings. It also provides Type 2 protection by finely clipping the lightning wave overvoltage. The Acti9 iPRF1 12.5r must be installed with an upstream disconnection device, such as a fuse or circuit breaker. The associated circuit breaker Isc breaking capacity can go up to 50kA. This Acti9 iPRF1 12.5r Master is suitable for use with TT and TN-S earthing connection systems. The Imax maximum discharge current is 50kA (8/20µs). The In nominal discharge current is 25kA. The Iimp impulse current (10/350µs) in DM differential mode (between phase and neutral) and earth is 12.5kA. The Iimp impulse current (10/350µs) in CM common mode (between neutral) and earth is 50kA. The Uc maximum continuous operating voltage in DM differential mode (between phase and neutral) is 350VAC. The Uc maximum continuous operating voltage in CM common mode (between neutral and earth) is 255VAC. The Up voltage protection level is below or equal to 1.5kV. The Un rated service voltage (network) is 230VAC or 400VAC. The operating frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz. The dimensions are (W) 72mm x (H) 84mm x (D) 71mm. The width in 9mm pitches is 8.
