In industrial scale systems, the use of three phase power might be a given. But while our first thought might be for functions down the chain, it’s important that we’re doing what we can to safely and reliably harness that power from the outset. Direct on line starters offer a way to initiate three phase systems that ensures no three phase system induction motor is subject to uneven stresses – connecting directly to it’s three phase supply.
