Issue:
Do the electronic boards of the Altivar 61 and Altivar 71 drives have conformal coating?

Cause:
Needs to know if you can order the ATV61 ATV71 drive with conformal coating?

Resolution:
For the ATV61 & ATV71 drives there is an option to have product treated for increased protection for dusty and corrosive environments. This product is not stocked. Add 'S337' to the end of the catalog number and multiply the listed price by 1.2 to obtain new price. With this option, exposed copper is tinned, circuit boards are conformal coated in critical areas and plastics are treated to better withstand the corrosive nature of certain oils. This option is standard on 55kW/75HP @ 230 Vac and higher & 90kW/125HP @ 460 Vac and higher.

The standard ATV61 and ATV71 drives are designed for maximum ambient pollution as follows:
ATV71:
H...M3, 71HD11M3X, HD15M3X, H075N4 to HD18N4 are Degree 2 conforming to IEC/EN 61800-5-1
HD18M3X to HD75M3X, HD22N4 to HC50N4 are Degree 3 conforming to IEC/EN 61800-5-1

ATV61:
H...M3, HD11M3X, HD15M3X, H075N4 to HD18N4 are Degree 2 conforming to IEC/EN 61800-5-1
HD18M3X to HD90M3X, HD22N4 to HC63N4 are Degree 3 conforming to IEC/EN 61800-5-1
